Documents, records, first-hand accounts, public figures whose stated record doesn't match reality — we want to hear from you. All tips are handled confidentially.
What we investigate: Public officials, media personalities, self-described advocates, and organizations operating in West Virginia and the broader Appalachian region. We follow documents — court records, public filings, financial disclosures, social media histories, and on-record statements.
What makes a strong tip: A specific claim someone has made publicly that you believe the record contradicts. A pattern of behavior documented in public sources. Records you have obtained or know exist.
Confidentiality: We do not publish source identities. We do not share tips with subjects of investigation.
